I recently discovered Massage Instinct, and had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Dani, and I cannot recommend her enough! The atmosphere is serene, and sets the perfect tone for relaxation.

Dani is incredibly skilled and attentive. She works magic on my back—when I leave it feels amazing, like all the tension melts away. Her technique is both soothing and effective, and she has a way of finding all the right spots to focus on.

Dani James is truly incredible! I came to her with chronic back and neck pain and she was able to rapidly evaluate my issues, apply corrective action, and prescribe a path for future wellness and rehabilitation. I have had only four sessions with her and I have already experienced a significant reduction in pain and increased range of motion. I felt better even after the first session. She has created a clam relaxing environment with plants and soothing music conducive to healing. Her intuition has created a space filled with positive energy. Dani James is highly professional and deceptively strong. She has the ability, knowledge, and skill to recognize problem areas and treat for pain.

I went into my massage after tax season where I work long hours. My upper back was hurting and my shoulder hurt and I didn't even have full range of motion. I have come to accept this pain as normal. During my appointment with Dani I was asked what was bothering me and I told her. She worked on my shoulder and arm and when I left I was already feeling better and could move my shoulder with no pain!!
I cannot recommend Massage Instinct enough. Whether for areas of pain or regular massages. Dani really listens and is very knowledgeable on what works. She provides a clean and calming environment that helps you relax. Best massage I have ever had and I will continue to go back

I can confidently say Dani is amazing at her skills. I walked in with severe hip pain and lower back pain. She listened to all of my issues and took her time to address all my trigger points. She also left me with tons of strengthening tips for my core and checked in a couple days after my massage. I have never had a masseuse go above and beyond. You won’t regret seeing her!
