A HUGE thank you to Dr. Bouras and his wonderful team at Centre Neuropsy! They were all very understanding of my situation as an adult patient, and thoroughly addressed my concerns with regards to my cognitive functioning after over a decade of doubt and anxiety. Dr. Bouras was extremely attentive and professional all while showing the utmost empathy and compassion. His associate, Jalal, was very kind and positive towards me throughout the testing process, and also ensured that I was comfortable during both sessions. I feel that I can finally move forward with my life now that I've finally received the care and clarity I've been waiting for. For those families looking for guidance and answers this is the place to be. To share a little bit of our journey and hopefully it will resonate within you…. Our first born was born CODE BLUE, as per the pediatrician all was well. Little did I know that it wasn’t. My mother instinct kicked in as I felt something was extremely wrong. Our journey as a family was not easy.. I’ve exhausted all my resources, but calling Dr.Raby was the very best decision I’ve ever made. We started to notice our son was not able to follow his peers academically due to the lack of oxygen with the umbilical cord rapped around his neck which dr Raby brought to light. All this to say listen to your parent instinct, it will never deceive you. It was mentioned in one of our sessions that the best suitable school for our son was summit. After countless therapy speech therapy/occupational therapy/neurofeedback my heart was beginning to ache as I felt all hope was lost.. our son received the call of acceptance to the summit school and its been night and day. I’ve never seen our son so delighted and eager to go to school. We as a family would love to thank Dr Raby and his team for guiding us in the right direction, doing whatever was needed as though our son was their very own.

Lors de ma première consultation, j’ai trouvé le Dr Bouras très compétent et professionnel. J’étais optimiste, mais j’ai été surprise par la sévérité de son approche. Même si ses remarques étaient justes, leur ton direct et dur m’a perturbée. Je suis repartie avec un fort mal de tête, regrettant de ne pas avoir eu une consultation plus apaisante. Cette expérience m’a laissée effrayée et mal à l’aise.

I read and analyzed the reviews before visiting Centre Neuropsy.
What I saw was that the negative reviews come from parents who see their kids as little superheros and get offended if the professional assessment doesn’t agree with them. Emotional response of lashing out at the messenger.
Another group of reviewers expect a service for free. Those I just ignored.
This said, my experience with Centre Neuropsy has been stellar. What these professionals do can be life-changing, if you don’t walk in demanding a certain result. Rather, respect the process and accept that a professional’s job is to provide accurate assessments, not to coddle the patients.
I’m glad I trusted Dr. Bouras and his team, his help has been a life changing experience.
