The team's ability to switch to telehealth is impressive. The entire process was smooth and easy to use. A special shout out to LaToya for going the extra mile to hand-deliver to the pharmacy a prescription that cannot be called in. She even did this after normal business hours.

Stay away! Operational practices here are lacking to say the least, which is what happens when profit is the primary objective of health care. Expect every interaction to be a hassle and to culminate in tons of wasted time and redundant phone calls

Please do not see David Adebayo. I saw David when he was still at the Annapolis office, however, I have been made aware he has fully transitioned to the Baltimore office which is why I am writing my experience here. He talked to me for no more than 15 minutes before he "diagnosed" me which included asking about my family medical history, allergies, previous medicine,etc., therefore not leaving much time to actually listen to what the issue was. He did not listen to obvious indicators of what my diagnosis should have been and instead had a tunnel vision on what he thought. I have since gone to a new, more empathetic Psychiatrist who told me that it was irresponsible of him to prescribe me the medication that he did. Which, by the way, he made no effort to put me on an affordable medication or one that was covered by my insurance and without my own digging for a manufacturer's coupon would have cost me $1300 for a one-month supply.

For a more detailed account of my experience: I went to him to get an ADHD diagnosis which manifests itself differently in women.
Women are disproportionately diagnosed later in life because girls learn to blend in more on a social level and mask their symptoms. It was clear during our short encounter that I kept going back to a major symptom that was causing other issues - my inability to focus. He kept saying "well, you weren't diagnosed as a child so it probably isn't ADHD because it would have been diagnosed already" despite me stating to him what I previously said about women being misdiagnosed. Still, he told me I likely had a mood disorder despite never experiencing mood swings and proceeded to prescribe me bipolar medication. After a follow-up appointment to tell him that the medication was not doing anything after he said I should shortly be seeing some changes, I told him that I still was concerned about my inability to focus. He shot me down and told me he was going to up the medicine dosage before he even explored an ADHD diagnosis as a possibility. Please go to a healthcare provider that will actually listen to you. It was evident he was more concerned about proving his initial hypothesis on what my diagnosis was than the patient in front of him pleading for him to hear what they were saying

terrible customer service spent 30 minutes going back and forth, lady answered and I couldn’t understand a word due to a kid screaming “mom” in the background, she transferred me to someone else they took my info and gave me date for appointment then put me on hold and call disconnected, didn’t get a call back, then I called back went through the same process “and told them the call got disconnected” they said ok and took info again and told me they can’t make an appointment because no availability.
