Kate is the absolute best. From the first visit, I felt like she genuinely cared about me- she asked questions and wanted to get to know me/my needs rather than just sending in a prescription after a five minute, surface-level chat. It’s rare to find a psychiatrist that takes the time to make sure you’re really doing okay, and works with you to find a solution when you’re not. Working with Kate has helped me become the best version of myself and I am so grateful to have ended up as her patient. I can’t recommend her practice enough!

My Nurse Practitioner Kate Luko is such a life saver! Just started with them not too long ago as I had to switch over, and usually things are hectic but it was a very smooth transition and couldn't have thought of it being this easy. Feels like I have known her for years! She responds quickly, considerate & respectful and always there for assistance. Very friendly environment with caring people, that are very relatable in many things. A cool place and do not think im going anywhere else!

Kate Luko is awesome! She’s down to earth and real, unlike most psych offices that are usually stuffy and clinical. The whole team at Psych Alchemy is warm, inviting, and fun- which is so needed when dealing with mental health issues. I would recommend them to anyone!

If I could give no stars, that's what I would do. I've been seeing Kate for probably a year now and I was going to follow her to her new business. I haven't spoke to her since August and was finally waiting until today to speak to her. She didn't call like she had before so I texted her only to be told I'm a no-show because I didn't realize I was supposed to go onto their app. You would think somebody dealing with psych patients would be a little bit more understanding, but instead They add to the trauma. I was excited to follow her but now I guess I'm going to have to find a new person. Very very disappointed. I've tried to be patient these last months for her but I get nothing in return. I'm devastated. I have a lot I need help with yet I'm ignored.
