Very unprofessional. I called to make sure that my relative was safe and in their care due to previous confusion and they were extremely rude to me. They did not want to listen to any of my concerns, continuously interupted me, and raised their voice at me without reason. Only after raising her voice at me, the doctor finally gave me a little bit of the information that I asked for. I was not asking a lot of her, just wanted to make sure that my loved one was safe. Maybe she thought that I was asking for confidential information that she couldn't legally give me? Regardless, her attitude was absolutely unwarranted and concerning to say the least. I don't know if I can trust my relative to be in their care if they are showing these kind of emotions just over the phone. Very saddening.

Very charitable in a sense. Kinda hard to find. Most of the employees here were very accommodating though.I particularly liked the security lady with the Mohawk braid style, Mohammad, Ricky, and Mr. Walker. The lady with the 27 piece was nice as well. Great if you need emergency treatment, they seem to have an open door policy.

This place was available to me in my time of need. The kindness and care I received from Sharon Mason and Special Officer Robertson played a key role in helping me with my trauma and crisis I experienced. I'm very thankful for the help I received from these individuals. I cannot forget the additional lady Special Officer who help me with "I've been changed."

I don't agree with everything that the staff and doctors do bcuz some of them (at least one I knew) don't care about nothing but pay. But I do have a few favorite doctors and staff that do put their best foot forward trying to help the client if you worked with them.

This location is CPEP- Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program, in building #14 behind the main hospital building. It is DC's psychiatric emergency room run by Dept of Behavioral Health. It's open 24/7 and is still actively providing Mental Health services to anyone in need.

Its hard to find and lyft don't know how to come back here to pick up or drop off that go for cabs to.
