I went in for an assessment for my son with Dr. Weis. The appointment lasted about an hour and he was just so amazing with my son. He actually interacted through play and tried to communicate with him. You can tell from the moment you walk in that Dr. Weis loves children. And my son responded so well to him, I am very happy that we switched over to him.

With 6 children we have been to our share of doctors over the years. In our experience, Dr. Weis took the time to get to know our child and connect with him on an individual basis. This is a must for an accurate assessment and recommendations on how we can best support our child’s needs. His approach was firm, yet fun and lighthearted which was perfect for our son. I’ve heard stories of him using various approaches to connect with even the most resistant teens.

We’ve been looking for answers for almost a year. A doctor before Dr. Weis in Colorado jumped to Autism with my daughter without a very thorough analysis (i.e. no formal testing whatsoever). We didn’t notice this behavior in the least and due to the lack of thoroughness, I sought a second opinion when we moved to Georgia. I cannot be more thankful for Dr. Weis. He was not only very good with my daughter, he made us feel comfortable, and assured us he was there to help us help her from the moment we stepped in his office. He was thorough and accurate in all of his findings and gave us a correct diagnosis. He did a great job explaining everything so I could understand it as her parent. He also gave us advice on parenting techniques that truly put the child first. He is amazing at what he does, and I truly mean that. I have a Master’s in Education, and this is definitely the kind of person you want working with you and your child. You want someone that has your child’s best interest at heart. Thank you for all of your help, Dr. Weis!

Dr. Weis was nice and very knowledgeable! The office is CLEAN, staff was friendly & inviting! He was patient and kind. He’s great with kids! He really listened to my concerns.

He did a great dx appt but then held my sons diagnosis until i pay a large bill when i was told services were covered. If you dont actually look at what amount is covered dont say you did. Not to mention he is way overbooked and it was 3+ months from initial appt to diagnosis appt. So basically no help. Go elsewhere

My kiddo loved him.
However it took months to get our report back. And then I asked for more information about a test that was listed on the official report, he says he didn’t test for it and he didn’t know why it was on there. I went somewhere else for a second opinion.
