I first came to Alison in 2020, it was an extremely lonely year for me. I was in a toxic relationship, and we were living separately. He came to visit me and as usual, I planned to do all the things that I knew he enjoyed. When he left I was so sad, however, it wasn't because I missed him.

That's when I reached out to Alison and started my energy medicine journey.

I’m a bit hopeful for my future after one (1) session with Alison, last week. Society’s ills, hate, racism, and lack of integrity wore me down to be gleeful about ending my life. I have been thrice admitted to outpatient, mental health facilities over a 3 year period. I have had two (2) LCSW therapists during this time, also. My diagnoses are Major Depression/PTSD.

Alison broke through ages of ancestral subjugation, familial abuse, social trauma and challenged my belief system when therapeutic. She treated an unhealthy attachment to my body where I have noticed a significant reduction of discomfort. Hopefully, I can work on and through my mental challenges with her in future. Be well.

When I started working with Jim (talk therapy) - it was meant to be proactive. I felt an anxiety building and knew my family and home life was in store for significant change. Jim gave me and my partner a strong foundation of tools and language that have become second nature to us today, but were crucial to our ability to get through those challenging times. A couple months after working with Jim and asking him a bunch of questions about the energy work Alison was doing - I was compelled to try it. I'm so glad I did.

I had a medical emergency the week I was scheduled to begin with Alison (energy medicine), so my first experience with her was in her being an expert advisor to me. I wasn't sure if I should attend our appointment and she advised me (in my special circumstances) not to. This made me respect and appreciate her art and science even more. When I finally was able to do my first energy appointment with Alison, I couldn't believe the connections between her energetic assessment and my work with Jim. They don't share info - and it blows my mind considering the alignment in their guidance - even though through different lenses.

I've worked with Jim and Alison for 1.5 years now. I do 'tune-ups' with each and often wonder where I'd be if I'd found them sooner. I use the tools I learned from them weekly.

This was an incredible workshop and experience for me. Alison is amazing and takes time to explain everything in detail and to answer all questions. As someone who does not like to share my feelings at all, the start of this workshop made me feels uncomfortable, especially being in a group setting. I had no idea what to expect but I went into it with an open mind, trying to learn and absorb all that I could. By the second day, I felt a complete shift. I felt a strong connection to the people around me that I had never met before, seeing the similarities in the experiences that we have all had and the way that although we may lead different lives, we feel the same, and are going through similar things. The most unexpected part was after this workshop, and after allowing myself to open up to the experience I left the class feeling hopeful, peaceful, and happy, everything felt light. That night, as I laid in bed I felt a feeling start in my feet and move through my body that I couldn't explain at first. As I laid there I realized it was the feeling of energy moving through my body. It was an absolutely amazing experience and one that I wish I could bottle up and feel over and over. It solidified the positive effects that this course had on me. As someone who found myself sick and physically broken this past year (I had seen over 15 doctors that could not figure out why I felt so much pain and had constant inflammation), I was stressed out, angry and fearful. Alison's energy medicine and this course has had a huge positive (high vibrational) impact on my life. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to move deeper into their healing journey.
