Susan was amazing and my son really liked her a lot. He doesn't usually warm up like that but he said he felt very comfortable talking to her. She was kind, patient, and very thorough. She asked a ton of questions and I appreciate that. The only downside is that this practice requires that you have 3 appointments with 3 different providers before my son can be prescribed medication. I just feel like that's excessive for an ADHD diagnosis. It's certainly not Susan's fault but nonetheless an absolute inconvenience for parents. Other than that, all of the staff member are kind, courteous, and professional. I'm happy we met Susan. I think she's going to help my son reach his full potential.

PPG is a wonderful facility. Not only is it a beautiful office, but staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I love seeing Allie. She has been instrumental in helping get myself back to feeling good! Highly recommend this group.

Since my first appointment, I’ve been very impressed with the sincerity and efficiency I’ve found with this group. Dr. Krishna has been very helpful and unlike some experiences with other psychiatrists, he shows genuine compassion and understanding during sessions. He also made sure I was completely comfortable with any treatments and explored various options with me to make sure I was fully informed. Also, the triage nurse Natalie was super nice and has been very helpful with making sure I receive my prescriptions on time. They both seem very genuine and compassionate about their work, and if you’re struggling with any mental health concerns, I would 100% recommend this place.

I highly recommend this practice because the physician and staff consistently work together to provide a pleasant, professional experience. Often, a great doctor is undermined by an inefficient staff, but that is not the case here. The staff is exceptionally efficient and ensures that no requests are overlooked.

Dr. Krishna is both personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate his conservative yet flexible approach to medication management.

Prior to December, I would have highly recommended this practice. Then I receive a letter informing me that I have been kicked out by my therapist for missing two appointments, despite the appointments they rescheduled to their own schedule. Almost two years of work and now I get to start over. Mental health is challenging enough but to have a professional who is to be trusted and valued throw you away is poor. Even my phone call to request a means to move forward was to offer me help to find a therapist in another practice. For my daughter, this place has been life changing. For me, not so much.
