The “Admin” team has refused to assist me in many places including contacting my psychiatrist, stating they cannot give that information out and have refused to elaborate. The patient portal is not even close to being user friendly as the only way to try and contact your personal doctor is through their message tab. Even then it is always reviewed by some (Admin Team) and then nothing comes up from it. I wish to have been able to give a lower star but i cannot. Hour long consultations tend to be over in fifteen minutes as the psychiatrist doesn’t ask follow up questions. This was a personal experience and it baffled me.

For those who want the truth, go to any other psychiatrist practice or website.
