We went in late, but I have heard so much about this place. Their Monday car meets and about the owners. I just had to go try the food. We did take out. It was all marked with what was in them. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures of that. It's all in all a great atmosphere. I absolutely love the painting outside.

Will definitely come back!

Spent $40 on shoyu ramen, chicken tori paitan ramen, spicy bacon edamame, two med soft drinks.

The ramen were flavorful and rich. We enjoy spicy food so we asked for medium spice to test out their heat level. The spicy jam came on the side. I’m happy with our experience.

Food was good. Pork a little on the dry side, which is saying something, when it's sitting inside Ramen broth. Drink options were limited. Tables were sticky and minimal seating.

My recent visit to Nama Ramen on Babcock Road was a letdown from start to finish. The restaurant operates on an order-first system, which immediately set a negative tone for the dining experience.

Upon being seated, our order was served almost instantly, which felt rushed and unwelcoming. We ordered a Volcano Roll and Chicken Tori Paitan Ramen. The ramen’s creamy chicken broth was overly thick and not warm enough, with a cold egg half. Additionally, the sushi was served without pickled ginger and soy sauce, making the experience feel incomplete.

The situation worsened when I requested a replacement order of miso ramen with chicken instead of chashu. The replacement was missing the chicken egg and consisted of just noodles in lukewarm broth. Frustrated, I decided to take my order to go and left the restaurant.

Unfortunate bit this experience was highly disappointing. I will not be returning to Nama Ramen, nor would I recommend it to others.

This place gets 5 stars. My only issue is that it opens at 5:00 pm. Monday-Saturday. The food was delicious and amazing. They serve Ramon sushi ? . Serve was fast, but then again, I got there as soon as they opened. I'm definitely coming back for seconds.

Great staff, super friendly. Very prompt. Very clean inside. Food was a let down for me, I spent 6 years in Japan so a bit biased.

Dashi (broth) was not flavorful. Pork was overcooked and very bland. Egg was not properly soft boiled. Karaage was cook too long. Edamame were ok, would have been better with Japanese all spice. Noodles were properly cooked but not too my liking with texture.

Skip the sushi and dive into Noma's delicious ramen and katsudon!
Sometimes a restaurant can try to do too much. In this case, Noma should focus on it's flavorful ramen and entrees, and leave the sushi to... well, sushi restaurants. The rolls were flavorless, and the tempura Ninja roll tasted like it had been fried in old oil. Opposite that, the katsudon was tender, and the egg with onion was a savory accompaniment. Highly recommend!
The service was friendly and engaging. The atmosphere, with the numerous murals, was fun and modern. Cheers!

It wasn't a bad place for ramen but I didn't have a few things that other places have done better. The order at the counter and get it yourself was a take experience which was odd to me when we were sitting down. Maybe they are understaffed. The food was ok but the spicy version I ordered wasn't very spicy which left me a bit disappointed. Maybe my level is a little higher than others. The overall look inside was a bit basic. If I didn't know it was a ramen restaurant I wouldn't have been able to guess by the look. They didn't really have a theme to the place. Really gave off a feel of a converted restaurant now rebranded.
