Complete lack of respect for potential customers. They trespassed on my property on a residential street to hang up a particularly ugly sign in front of my gate, advertising to the HOA across the road. Several of the people in my neighborhood have reported their shady business practices to the State. My neighbor contacted them directly to ask them to remove the dozen signs they mounted on our quiet country road, and was completely ignored. Definitely not a company to do business with.

Rodion Nazarov from MA Custom Homes is a thief. He stole $10,000 of my money that he said he claimed he used to pay the AC company with for my AC units. He lied to the bank, signed off on saying all contractors were paid when they were not. He defaulted on the contract for my home. I had to get a lawyer to fire him, he then refused to sign paperwork, had to wait 60 days for new construction to begin because MA Custom Homes refused to sign paperwork. This is his girlfriend/wife company name not his. He is a crook and a year after I have got my home completed with using another company he is still trying to get more money out of me with my HOA. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER.

I had MA Custom Homes to build our home last year but it turned out to be the worst mistake in life. We stoped construction halfway because of their negligence and lies. I pointed out that the blueprints and model homes rooflines didnt match but Rodion said the model home and prints were identical but that was lie. It turned out the model homes roofs were a 8° and he put a 5° on ours. Because of that change our roof was drastically modified and in some places our ceilings are crashing into the roof. He also put 2 showers in our master bathroom. A major support beam in our living room is exposed due to their not being room between the roof and ceiling. Its a total nightmare ive been stuck with a construction loan interest payment while we fight it out in cort, its been over a year. Ive spend thousands in attorney,engineer and inspection fees. They turned my family's dream into a nightmare. Scott Coplan who said was the owner was just a partner and Rodion was the construction manager but he turned out to be the owner. Turn back and run away as fast as you can from these two.

This is libel, I'm sure your father, Jimmy Oatis, wrote it in your name. Are you sure you want to proceed? This is the wife of Rodion Nazarov, Melissa Nazarov and you need to stop slandering my husband or I will sue you myself. I suggest you stay off, keep your comments to yourself or I will be getting involved and my husband is way more docile than me so if you want to go that route then keep running your mouth and slandering my husband.
