Would give zero stars if I could. I called the day before to schedule an appointment, and I was told there was one at 5 p.m. the next day. I thought that was odd, since it says they close at 5, and I said as much to the lady on the phone, but she promised the therapists would still be working at that hour.

Anyway, I show up at 5 p.m. the next day, no receptionist, several others waiting around the lobby. No one's getting called up, but there are plenty of people leaving. I sat around for 30 minutes, hoping someone would call my name, but to no avail so I said, "screw this" and left. Absolute waste of time! If they charge me a no-show fee, I'll fight that to the Supreme Court if I have to. I went there to help get rid of my anxiety, not add on to it!

Had a 12:00 appointment I'm out of my medications I was promised they'd be called in it's now 6:33 they're still not called in so I'm without my medication for depression and anxiety till Monday or whenever they decide to call it in I placed several calls starting at 2:00 p.m. no return calls this is a horrible place to go I do not recommend anybody having to deal with the added stress that they cause and the lack of care for their clients or patients that they have an obligation to help and they do nothing of the sort I would give it zero Stars if I was able to.

D. Dabe is an amazing therapist who I would recommend to everyone. The atmosphere in this office is something I've never felt in a mental health office, you feel welcomed and supported not like a patient. I love the psych partners family every clinician is more than qualified amazing place for sure!

First off I will admit that we have missed a few appointments without giving notice. None of which were intentional. My child was receiving services for an array of reasons. The times that we missed an online appointment were due to me having to deal with situations relating to him. I am sorry if dealing with my child and their feelings takes priority over remembering that we have an appointment. I paid the $50 no show fee. I am however, extremely disappointed and saddened that instead of reaching out to me and seeing if circumstances have changed that I receive an email saying that all future appointments, (all 999 according to the email), have been canceled. This group obviously saw my child as a number and not a person. There were many instances where his therapist was anywhere from 15-30mins late logging on. I do not recommend this medical group.

Dr. McGregor and her team are a fantastic group of therapists that provide great service and care to their clients. Dr. McGregor's decade long experience working with military and military family members provides her with the ability to truly understand and help. Her team of therapists do an great job of addressing a variety of mental health and substance abuse related problems.
