Worst customer service EVER. My daughter went here for an evaluation 2 years ago. I have no bad things to say about how that went. Fast forward two years later, and I felt as though she needed a second evaluation. The receptionist was NO HELP whatsoever. She was rude and uncooperative. She gave me ONE day & time that I would be able to bring my daughter in. Unfortunately, this particular day did not work for me. I told her any other day I should be able to make work. Well, that one day was my only option. Are you kidding me? It’s no wonder this world has so many people in it that are struggling. Do yourself a favor and find ANYWHERE else to go but here.

From the receptionist at the front office to the therapist, everyone is very professional and they keep the facility neat. I love some therapist offer virtual and in session visits.

I have not had any troubles coming here. They all seem absolutely amazing and like they listen to you! Myself and my children come here and after going to 6 psychiatrists around beaver county I have finally found an amazing place for my son. I definitely recommend to anyone struggling, they offer many different varieties of help.

The only center that got back to me for starts, but we've been going here on and off for years for various needs. Therapist Jason is always there for my oldest whenever needed. I will continue to recommend this facility. The sign up process might be intimidating but it's worth it. Dr. Koch is the best psychologist I know. Facility is well managed. Good group of people.

Our experience was great! Time frames were reasonable. Everything was completed in less than 3 months, and when I made initial contact I think it was only a 2-3 week wait for an appointment. Dr. Rae was very kind and straightforward in listening to our concerns and keeping them in mind during her evaluation. When our kiddo needed extra time for the evaluation, they took it rather than rushing and making decisions like we have experienced in the past. I would absolutely recommend them!

I was able to schedule my first appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at the office. The location is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. Comfortable environment.

They are the best. The staff is cheerful and kind. They actually listen to what you have to say. They take their time and get you results. So many places and people gave me the run around my son went undiagnosed for years and 2 visits I had answers and a plan. He feels very comfortable talking to geena who is just fantastic with him. He has had such anxiety about doctors but he has changed so much and opened up for them and his grades everything have improved. I am now going to make a switch for my daughter as well. It's worth the drive. They are so accommodating and just fantastic at what they do.
