I’ve had 2 of my children assessed here and both times were AMAZING! The psychologist took time to actually listen to our concerns as parents and the technicians were so good with our anxious boys. They knew just how to make them feel comfortable and when we left they talked about how much they enjoyed their time there! We gained so much beneficial information during this process that has helped with everything from accommodations at school to much needed therapies and we will be forever grateful for Psychology Specialists of Oklahoma.

I was referred by a good family friend who also had herself and her children assessed here and had a wonderful experience as well. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone.

This place was very professional, the psychiatrist picked up issues I wasn't aware of. I was treated with respect, listened to and I felt very comfortable. The scheduling process was fast. I didn't have any issues with delays, no replies. Everything was done through email and I got very quick responses, within 2 weeks I was scheduled and scheduled for testing within a week of initial appointment.

Amazing overall. When you walk in you’re greeted with a smile from the staff at the front desk. Also the kind lady who worked with my child was wonderful made sure he had a fun and easy experience.

I wasted my time and still have no accurate answers about my son. We waited two months to be tested and then another month for the feedback.

The feedback was alarming, inconclusive and contained many discrepancies. The personality results about my son didn’t fit our perception of him as parents at all and the psychologist told us to be very concerned. I cried and lost sleep for two days. I decided to take the report to a highly regarded psychiatrist who treated members of my extended family. She looked over the report and saw many flaws. She told me to disregard it entirely. And start over with a reputable psychologist and provided me with a name.

The psychiatrist said the personality test this group uses isn’t the best because it is simply true/false questions instead of a scale and it is too short. A 15 year old boy may very well present incredibly inaccurate with this type of test.

My son’s testing only took two hours with a short intake via zoom. The (reputable) psychiatrist said there is no way it could be accurate. Good testing should take two days and include interviews of both parents, the child, teacher input and extensive testing. The psychiatrist claimed that where she is sending me now DOES NOT approve of the methods of Psychology Specialists of Oklahoma.

So not schedule here! There portal system is awful! I'm a very tech savvy person but this system has some serious flaws and I think it's really unethical on their part to have the patient jump through hoops just to schedule appointment. Hers a thought. Hire office staff to do their job instead of having the client do it.
