DO NOT GO HERE!!! They've tried to falsely bill me for 3 visits I never scheduled or attended. It's not a huge amount of money but a medical healthcare provider should be honest and trustworthy above all else. And one of the doctors is an elder of a Presbyterian church. Go figure!!

I wanted to be evaluated for a few things so I contacted them towards the end of March. I called and was told the process would be 2-3 weeks before I would be able to do my intake process. I was sent forms and it was filled out. Then two weeks go by and I call only to find out the billing dept didn't get to it because they were not in the office for the past week. Cool. I gave them another week. Called back and was sent an estimate of faith form. There was something that needed to be checked off--I didn't sign it but i needed an updated form. Called frequently to see if that could happen. No answer, multiple times. When I finally get through I was told a note would be taken and they would get a new firm sent to me via the portal. I kept checking but on the 3rd day I called the office again and Melissa was able to change it then and there. I logged in to the portal and signed it. Today I called to get an update on the process because I had not received a phone call or information in the portal. I was told that billing should have called me to explain some out of pocket charges. Alright, never got a call. My intake process wouldn't be til July. I understand wait times but this could have been done sooner had communication been a priority. I'm not even a patient and if this is how they handle clientele, who knows how they would treat their patients. This could have saved me a lot of time and effort. I did my part. Maybe you shouldn't accept new patients if you don't have the capacity to actually help within a timely matter.

Dr. Tim Doty was the best experience that I could’ve ever asked for. His approach was consultative, fair, firm, and unbiased. The environment always felt safe and supportive. His staff and billing was professional and responsive. I came to his office after having to fire my last family counselor for the worst experience imaginable. He set appointments in a timely manner and we began making progress almost immediately. I would highly recommend him, his office, and his services, to even my closest family. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came to Dr. James for an exam. He was calm and kind and thoughtful which made a very stressful situation better. He allowed my spouse to accompany for support. I'm actually considering seeing if he's taking new patients. His office is well decorated as well.

Dr Tim Doty and Dr Joe James were my colleagues for several years before opening their own practice. They are both excellent clinicians. Professional, insightful, kind, wise and supportive. They both have excellent evaluation and therapeutic skills and they are great at developing rapport with their clients. I trust them with the clients I refer to them for testing and counseling.

Rude and unprofessional. They dropped my child right in the middle of his testing because I had to reschedule due to getting a new job. Times are hard enough. They made it harder not only on me, but my child. How awful. I do not recommend such a place that has no understanding or consideration.

Update: After leaving a one star review with the review above I was contacted by Dr Tracy herself regarding it. She did her best to resolve the situation. After changing my communication to the dr herself only (without the front desk) we had a decent experience. The front desk staff has not only been rude to me multiple times, but gave me false information about my child being dropped. Thank you dr for reaching out and correcting this. How sad that you needed to due to the front desk giving false information to your clients. Patients don’t come this psychology center to be lied to and judged by the office staff. They come to get help from the drs. Again thank you dr for helping my child. Because of her efforts I have updated this from a one star to a two star along with this updated review.
