Jordan at CNMR is a miracle worker!! Cannot recommend this place enough - especially if you're an active person looking to prevent injuries in the gym.

I've had knee, hip, and back pain on and off for years, ever since a hip injury from an improper deadlift. I’ve seen other physical therapists who helped with everyday pain management, which was helpful, but didn't prevent the pain from returning as soon as I tried lifting again.

From the start, Jordan understood my frustrations and was excited to help me get back into weightlifting. He is incredibly dedicated to his craft; he always thoroughly investigates to find the root issues, explains everything clearly, and designs personalized sessions that address the problems while taking my goals into account. I'm always amazed by how much progress we're able to make in each session. Plus, he's cheery and a delight to work with.

After only 2 months of working with Jordan, I've gone from having pain so severe I could barely move, to this week doing barbell squats on my own completely pain free for the first time in years. If I could give more stars I would!!

Jon Kula and the entire team at CNMR are outstanding. They are my "go-to" PTs for whatever I need. I first saw Jon in 2012 after breaking my femur in an accident. I had a complete recovery and started a regular exercise routine. He's also provided me with excellent orthotics and advice on various other conditions over the years. In 2023, I broke my right humerus and again CNMR restored me not only to full function, but to greater strength than I had before. The benefits are ongoing and I see them regularly as needed. I highly recommend Jon, Brian Lancaster and Lauren Tidwell -- all practitioners I have seen at CNMR. No doubt everyone else is terrific, too!

I found CNMR when seeking ongoing physical therapy/muscle work after recovering from an SI joint injury, and could not be more thankful! I would strongly recommend CNMR to anyone in need of the services they offer.

The practice is extremely well-run and the staff are kind and accommodating. Jon is a phenomenal practitioner and has worked to craft an adaptive treatment plan with me since we started working together a couple of years back. I really appreciate his ability to articulate the underlying causes of pain/injury and have gained a ton of insight and knowledge I will carry with me.

I cannot recommend CNMR highly enough! From the moment I stepped into their care, I felt supported, understood, and on the right path to recovery. Their expertise and professionalism are truly unparalleled.
I've worked with several therapists over the years and the entire team reflects the same level of dedication, kindness, and professionalism.
If you are looking for a physical therapist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your well-being, Jon (and CNMR) is the one to see. I'm incredibly grateful for their role in my health and recovery!

My son started going here when he was 15 years old, and I entrusted his care to Jon. My son has very flat feet, which causes pain and other structural problems. On top of this, he plays football & basketball in high school, which brings on its own set of unique challenges. Mainly because the feet movement and training are different for each sport. Recently, my son injured his shoulder while in Georgia. I am so confident in Jon that I make sure my son comes back to DC to see Jon versus having him be evaluated by a doctor in Georgia! That's a true testament of the accurate diagnosis and care my son receives at the Center for Neuromuscular and Massage Rehabilitation. Of course, I unequivocally recommend this practice.

Jon Kula is hands down the most talented and caring practitioner that I have worked with over many years of dealing with chronic back and neck pain. From the first session I booked with him in 2016, he quickly spotted issues with my mechanics that many PTs and doctors had previously missed. He listened closely to understand my injury history and goals, then created a specific program designed to keep me in shape while managing pain and preventing further injury. I continued working with Jon nearly every week for 8 years. During that time, he helped me rehab successfully through 3 spine surgeries and come back stronger than ever. I would not have been able to achieve such a positive outcome without his help. Jon has built a great team around him at CNMR offering the highest quality of care you'll find anywhere. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

I've only had 2 sessions with Lauren, and I'm already racing to leave a review. She is a miracle worker!

I've tried physical therapy at several other locations and fully expected to go through the motions (w/o relief) to satisfy my insurance requirements in order to get an MRI. Now, I wonder if I will even need one at all. This is the first time I have been able to walk with minimal pain in months!! My only regret is that I didn't pursue it sooner!

In past experiences at other locations, I've been given heat/ice, a tens machine, or used an exercise bike. I was given exercises and used weights once- the latter was almost helpful. It was never 1:1, I didn't feel like I was listened to or that they cared.

My experience with Lauren couldn't have been more different! She is so friendly and personable, an appointment feels more like meeting up with a friend at the gym. She listens, asks questions along the way, and tailors exercises based on my responses. She is super knowledgeable, I appreciate her explaining the reasoning behind doing certain exercises or not pushing past the pain. I feel like an active participant in my treatment which I really value.

I’ve been going to CNMR for two years now for chronic pain management. I’ve primarily worked with Juhi, but I’ve also worked with Elle and Lauren when Juhi wasn’t available. Everyone on staff has been excellent. I highly recommend CNMR.
