I have been a few times and each time was 5 stars. Friendly, knowledgeable and technically savvy massage therapists. One time, I showed up 15 minutes late for a 30 minute massage and they still honored the full time, no issues. Highly recommend.

The massage therapists and staff are welcoming and amazing! I had a follow up today with Chris who is super knowledgeable and helps explain why pain x is connected to the muscles in region y, so I can address with strength excersises and stretching. Chris and Alvin helped me address a hip pain the week before my Bayshore Marathon and enabled me to complete the marathon in 4 hours. I highly recommend a deep tissue here for all my running friends... Just make sure you book a few months out for your favorite therapists! 🙂
