I have been seeing Alison for 13 years and she’s incredible. I’m surprised that the rating for CO Psych Care isn’t higher. The front desk staff is always very kind and remembers me. I’ve also seen Merle off and on through the years and she’s absolutely wonderful as well.

As someone who has been going to this practice long term I HIGHLY recommend them.

I love this office!! The front desk is wonderful, they treat you very well. Allison is very understanding. She works well with you to moniter your medication. She has always been available when I have the need for medication adjustment. Merle is truly amazing. She has helped me through extremely difficult times. Merle always helps me through situations giving me input to how the other side might be thinking. She has truly been a gift to me

The front desk staff is very accommodating and I feel welcomed by them every time I come in. Merle is absolutely incredible. She is a very kind and understanding person who truly wants the best for me. I've been going to this practice for almost 20 years and have had 1 therapist (Merle) and 2 PAs manage my medications during this time (Rachel and now Alison). I have had nothing but absolutely amazing service on all aspects of my care, including from the front desk. I travel (when open for in person visits) over an hour to get to this clinic from my home as it has been such a gift to have found such a great practice with amazing practitioners. Thank you for all you do and amazing work!

I would definitely not recommend this practice. Their main concern is money more over than patient care. In addition to the lack of follow thru for prescription needs. If you are expecting a call back then it’ll be either close to eob that day or possibly days later if that. It’s definitely common to let you go without medication over a co-pay or previous balance.

This place has been amazing. I have a PA, not a DR, but she really cares and takes her time to understand the problem and work with me. My meds are prescribed by the PA who knows her stuff very well. I decided to also switch my therapy here and have been having great success. Some of the reviews here are misleading and people who had an individual issue with billing or the front desk. While I have not had any of those problems, I would still highly recommend this facility for med management and therapeutic guidance. My therapist knows her stuff and is very educated.

Wonderfully caring. Yes you do get charged in full for no-shows but that’s the case at every Dr’s office. Receptionists learn your name and greet you like friends. Dr’s are caring and genuine. I’ve been going there for over 2 years and am very happy with the care I’ve received from Merle, Alison, Jodie and Ariana. My counselor gave me her personal cell in case of emergencies and she has answered every call or text I’ve sent.

Colorado PsychCare has truly been amazing the few years I have been going there. Judy is/was a fantastic therapist and I enjoyed working through life with her. Jodi at the front desk is aways wonderful when I call and helps with any questions I might have. I highly recommend CPC for anyone looking for help with their Mental Health.
