Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Just a few weeks ago my lower back and hips became severely stiff to the point I couldn't walk. Took me 6 days to recover and return to work. Not sure how I messed up my back, but I started to stretch immediately everyday for hours to recover. On the 4th day I decided to get a massage, I was hesitant because if done wrong it could hurt me instead of help me. When Helen saw me get up from the chair while I was waiting she immediately shown concern. She did more than the deep tissue, she did heat warmers, the cups, and patches to help me something I didn't ask. The massage help my recovery process. I will be coming back to address my stiff shoulders and knots on my upper back. Definitely recommend.

Helen is great! I booked for my first time today and she worked magic on my sore neck and shoulder. She's very good at knowing exactly what you need.. Helen is very nice and welcoming. The room I was in was aromatic warm and soothing. I am a Mail carrier and this place took all the crooks and knots and tension out of my body!
