Holiday Stress No more!!
I booked this appointment knowing that owning a business and coming into the holiday season was going to be very stressful. What I didn’t know was how amazing this was going to be. When I walked into the door I was greeted by a cheerful face who offered me a lovely cucumber infused water. Then Jess, aka Magic Hands, appeared from behind the beautiful barn style door!!! (All the aesthetics of this place are screaming comfort and relaxation). When I say an experience, it was nothing less!! The massage was top notch and I will be back!! The only downfall is when she told me the massage was done. If you are not at NOW booking an appointment with Jess, you are missing out!!!!

I recently visited with my husband for massages, eager to enjoy a relaxing experience based on the positive ambiance and inviting scents that greeted us upon walking in. I asked for the Sensual Massage while my husband asked for the Sports massage with cupping included in the 50 minute massage. Prior to our massages, we were asked about any areas of tension or soreness to focus on, which we appreciated given we had both been experiencing pain in our neck.

The amount of pressure through out my massage was felt more like a lotion application than an effective treatment for muscle tension. I had been told she would focus on my neck more but in the end she spent maybe 30 seconds on it. I thought to myself that I should have asked for the sports massage as my husband did. But according to my husbands experience, his was equally disappointing. Despite voicing his desire for more focus on his neck muscles not once, but three times throughout the massage— the masseuse would apply pressure briefly to the neck area and then resume back to the other areas of his body that did not need much attention. Leaving him frustrated and unrelaxed, the lack of attention to his neck as requested, led him to forgo the cupping treatment entirely and cut his session short.

While the spa itself was esthetically pleasing, the massage quality fell short of expectations especially given the price and preferences that were communicated beforehand. It was honestly disappointing to leave more stressed and no muscle relief after a massage— having received professional massages at other establishments in the past, I have never felt so underwhelmed and disappointed. It truly was an experience of being part of a revolving door of clients, rather than being made to feel value or special. My husband is supposed to hear from management about a potential reimbursement for our experience but I highly doubt that will be the case based off previous reviews having a similar experience— but we will not be returning or recommend to other people.

Started going a few months ago. I've had 4 massages, 3 different people. None of them were bad, all were very good, but I have a favorite now.
Joe is amazing! Better than amazing, I'll have to come up with a new word. He found the spot in my back with a pinched nerve, I didn't even have to tell him. He's just awesome.
And I love the whole place. It's like a dark cave with white noise instead of weird music and no talking, it's the best!

Lee was absolutely AMAZING! I came in with neck/upper back and shoulder problems and she melted them away. I can't wait for my next massage ? highly recommend Lee. Also the whole staff was friendly and professional. I also ended up purchasing a beautiful scented candle during my visit, now my home smells like a spa ?

My husband and I recently went to NOW Massage in Naperville for massages and had a great experience. The staff was all friendly and helpful when we arrived, and the spa is absolutely beautiful! Both of our massage therapists were very knowledgeable and took the time to talk to us and determine exactly what we wanted prior to the massage. And the massage rooms are wonderful. You truly feel like you are laying on a beach getting a massage. It was perfect! We highly recommend NOW and will definitely be going back!!

When I called to schedule the appointment for my guest, it took over 20 minutes to add it to the system, which was frustrating. Additionally, my guest felt pressured to leave a tip of around $40, which was based on the original $160 price of the 80-minute massage, despite the discounted rate of $115 through my membership. They were told that this amount was the appropriate tip. Tipping should always be based on the quality of service, not pushed by staff, and given how expensive the massages are already, a 35% tip is excessive. This experience, along with other factors, is one of the reasons I ultimately decided to cancel my membership. The unprofessional behavior and pressure to tip were completely unnecessary and left a negative impression.

Love this place! I've been twice this year and their massage therapist really do great work. They use various techniques that are different than most massage locations. I love the audio waves and boho decor. My only recommendation is to change the sound effects (thunder, rain, waves, birds, wind, rain forest, etc) and have different selections so people can receive different forms of relaxation via sound. Gives then something new to look forward to by chance upon each visit.
