I asked for a 20 min massage on Sunday to focus on my neck back and shoulders. The whole time no cream was applied. I just felt like I was getting rough housed the whole time with alot of squeezing and jerking. I asked for 5 more minutes for cream because none was applied. I got charged $40. I paid $49.40 which is almost the price of a table massage. I was livid, but the man didn't speak english well. My normal guy was not there. Two days later, i am in extreme pain. My entire jaw is aching. I have lumps all over my neck and chest. I feel like my immune system has been attacked. My entire left side is in utter pain. I don't recommend the guy that did my massage. I don't know who to complain to. The guy who did my massage should have used cream. He also should've not squeezed me as hard as he did. I understand he was trying to release pressure, but I kept yelling in pain. I didn't even want to pay the bill. I feel frustrated and i'm tempted to go to the doctor if the pain doesn't go away after tomorrow.

Que Ambiente tan Especial, desde que entras el personal super atentos, te pasan al area de Relajacion mientras esperas a ser atendido, te colocan unos masajeadores en los ojos wow, luego pase a el salon de masajes, estaba super bello decorado, la Masajista Nila Finol, es Divina y Super Buena. No se van a arrepentir de ir. Gracias a todos... ?

Do not become a MEMBER they will take advantage on every possible way. By mistake charged my credit card six times charging a membership that it wasn’t mine on top of m regular membership. Mario the front desk guy wouldn’t not even give me a print out of the services received, because they only allow you to carry over up to 4 massages but failed to disclosed it in the three (3) years I have been a member. No appointments available for the next 3 weeks and the manager apparently doesn’t work, on Mondays, Tuesday and on Thursday she’s not in neither. Doral location used to be good, not anymore

Pro tip: be prepared for a long wait on the phone. I had a Groupon for a massage. I came early and they still started late. The massage didn’t help the area that I came seeking to relieve. I wouldn’t come back to this facility.

Crazy how businesses change and become complete garbage. I had a membership with the mark spa and just recently cancelled. What a nightmare!! First of let me tell you that they’re a disaster. They can’t even keep their employees! They quit all the time so there’s no stability. The prices went up and they changed their membership to no contract, voiding any contract I had before with them. That’s a whole lie. I tried to cancel my membership multiple times on the phone and In person and they didn’t do it, instead they charged another month. When I disputed it with them, they begged me to please come to get the service instead of honoring my refund multiple times! To add insult to injury, they confirmed their front desk guy was not aware of the proper termination policy, gave me false information advising the membership would be cancelled within 48 hours, they confirmed receiving my communication about cancelling and STILL refused to give me back my money. I even reminded them how they’ve pocketed multiple months of membership from me FOR FREE because I would forget to go and they still didn’t care. They said they understood there was miscommunication but a refund could not be processed. How do you run a business that way? Needless to say I will NEVER step foot in the mark spa again. You guys are thief’s. And if it’s in my power, I’ll make sure everyone knows how terrible your company is. Your customer service is beyond terrible. And your ETHIC does not exist. Wouldn’t be surprised if you go out of business.

Nice clean place with a serene atmosphere. My masssage was different than what Im used to (not a bad experience) but just different from the type of massages Im accustomed to in California.

They have a membership available. They have good service with massage but the employees always changes. I loved my facials with Marilyn and she not longer works there, then Maritza, the same issue. Sometimes called them and does not have the dates and times I need as a member. But in general the services are good, and the people very professional.

I honestly do not like leaving bad reviews, but sometimes it is necessary. I purchased a 60-minute Swedish/Deep Tissue massage at this location. The individual that performed my massage must have either i) not been aware that I paid for a deep tissue massage package or ii) was just very tired given that I was the last appointment of the day on a Saturday. Either way, the level of service was poor. For starters, this "deep tissue" massage consisted of a 15-minute head rub along with a "paintbrush" like rub up and down on my back. In addition, the massage itself was only 45-minutes long vs. the 60- minutes I paid for.... I will say the individuals that attended me were very nice and the environment within the facility was relaxing.
