I believe that everyone could benefit from therapy to face the ongoing struggles that life throws their way. In my case, I started therapy with Alyza Berman soon after I lost my husband. Since then, she has helped me manage so many things in my life - grief, stress, anxiety, parenting worries, and so much more. I am so grateful that I found her to guide me on my journey.
