My massage was great! From the time I opened the door to leaving was smiles. I wasn’t a chatty person today. Just wanted to relax. Nikki was great! I've been going to Botanika for a couple of months now for lasor hair removal and I am so glad that I decided to go with them! Nikki C. does my treatments and she is amazing! I have very coarse/ thick hair and had been dealing with extremely bad ingrown hairs due to an unknown allergy I had to the metal in shaving razors! I had been to the E.R multiple times and treated for STAPH INFECTIONS that had to be lanced a few times. NOT A GOOD TIME! The general surgeon I went to that lanced my last infected ingrown hair - suggested that I get lasor hair removal treatments! Since getting my treatments done at Botanika, I've had NO ingrown hairs and the results have been very noticeable even after my very first session! I've had about 6 sessions now and every time I see Nikki C. It's like I'm there seeing one of my close friends! She makes you feel extremely comfortable during your appointment and is very thorough with whatever treatment you're getting. I'm very satisfied with my results so far and even more so that I chose Botanika! 10/10 recommend this salon to any and everyone. Ask for Nikki ♥️

Started going there for laser hair removal early this year wasted $2000 and you can’t even tell anything was done. Don’t get me wrong. The employees were nice but I don’t give a shit if they were mean and nasty. The services that they offer do not work they would give you every excuse in the book why, it wasn’t working or that on some people it takes longer or this or that it was always some excuse . I knew nothing about laser hair removal and I would tell them to slow down on how they were giving the treatment because it seemed like they were flying through it and doing it way too fast. I’m using the person giving a great review because I’m not that guy that likes giving bad reviews to anyone but I also don’t like wasting my money, and this was the biggest waste of money that I have ever done . No one ever called back no one ever asked how your services were And I have seen other reviews on here. I have pictures of what I look like before and what I look like now and you can definitely not even tell that anything was ever done and I had nine Sessions of the laser hair removal such a joke definitely do not go to this place

Great massage for an amazing price!! So relaxing and the warm bed honestly made it 10x better. The only complaint I have is that my massage was not 60 minutes 🙁

I was here a few years back and I tried again today and nothing changed. The massage itself was good but the length of it is the problem. I called saying I was going to be there right on time and I might have come in a few minutes late but it wasn't busy. By the time they get you back there and you change your clothes and everything else you're using a good portion of your time. Same thing happened last time. So then by the time they stop the massage they're taking into consideration the time for you to get dressed and everything else because I came in and out are there at not even a full hour. Again I may have been a few minutes late but I laid in there and said at least three times that I was ready and kept laying there and you're not going to get up off the bed at that point but that time counts in there as well. I was tempted to get up and look at my phone for the time but didn't want to delay it any longer. Again the massage itself was good but if you're going to take off time from the time you walk in that door and the time you walk out of it you're not getting anywhere close to that full hour. I've never been to a place that does massages that includes every single minute like that it's a little disappointing to drive that far out which is almost an hour round trip for less than an hour on the bed
