I trusted him so much I used him for two different purposes and both time his behavior and communication remained consistent. He is a busy guy, but he is worth waiting for. It is with the utmost gratitude that I write this review. I had been looking into putting in a disability claim with the VA. I had watched an endless amount of videos over the past 8 months from multiple content creators on Youtube. I watched a video by Clay Simms of TheCivDiv channel that had Dr. Sharma as a special guest doing live Q & A. Dr. Sharma shared his expertise and experience on Nexus Letters and DBQs. He shared how both can be critical in connecting your current disability to your military service. I desperately wanted to submit a FULLY developed claim that was solid. I know others (claim sharks) that offer Nexus letter and DBQ services but if you were to research it out, you’d find mixed reviews. Meaning some reviewers got the ratings they were going after but you had a good amount of them that were rejected by the VA. Many of the Nexus Letters and DBQs were sorely lacking. After extensive research, I decided to put my trust in Dr. Sharma and he did not disappoint.
I reached out to Dr. Sharma via email that I wanted to utilize his services. He had a 3 month backlog and told me if I wanted to wait, he would put me on the list and get back with me. I got on his list and guess what…he actually contacted me in 3 months! He is a man of his word and you can trust what he says. I uploaded my medical records securely to him. Dr. Sharma reviewed my records and we scheduled a video conference.
Fifteen minutes before my video conference with him I had the worst panic attack I’ve ever experienced. With great difficulty, I stuck it out and our video conference started. I immediately shared with him that I was working through a panic attack and Dr. Sharma gently helped me get past it. Immediately after we started the interview and going over my medical records. Dr. Sharma answered every question I had and made the whole process enjoyable. I started the process with great anxiety but finished feeling cared for, understood and confident that I was in good hands. I’ve have had several psychiatrists in the last 2 years and I wish Dr. Sharma was seeing patients. He is an amazing psychiatrist.
Soon after our video meeting, Dr. Sharma notified me that the Nexus letters and DBQs were completed and available to download. When I looked over the Nexus letter, I was blow away at how EXTENSIVE it was! I know mileage will vary for each persons situation (amount of medical evidence and other evidence you provide) but my Nexus letter was comprehensive. My DBQ was very detailed and it looked like Dr. Sharma used the smallest font allowed. Needless to say I was blown away with his effort. Dr. Sharma included his CV info and other recommendations that could help with your claim submittal.
I submitted my claim and three months later I received my decision letter from the VA. I got the maximum rating for the claims I submitted and was awarded 100% P&T.
Dr. Sharma’s price point is considerably less than the loan sharks if you were doing a comparison. His expertise and effort in writing Nexus Letters and DBQs far out paces the work of others. I believe I would not have received the rating I deserved without the help of Dr. Sharma.

Doc recently assisted in getting me an excellent rating for mental health… I feel the VA really fights us and he is a man on our side. He provided a DBQ and Nexus letter with an in depth analysis based on medical evidence. If you have medical evidence and need assistance, he’s your Doc! Found him via CivDiv, loads of resources available and assistance offered for future treatment for health and wellness. Doc really made me feel comfortable during an uncomfortable conversation I’ve never talked to with anyone about. My family and I are grateful for Doc, and may god bless him.
