Good service and responsive. They've been very nice and helpful. That said, them charging $25 for having to change pharmacies when your current one doesn't have a medication, feels kind of ridiculous.

Going to edit to add context: There might be a piece of paper somewhere in the lobby that mentions a paper script option, but it had not been mentioned to me otherwise when we ran into issues. Had this been suggested, I probably would have done so and had better courses of action.

Dr. Green is great so my rating is not based on my doctor. Whoever Elliott is though, and I’ve talked to him a number of times via email/phone call, is very off putting and rude. Considering he’s in a customer service role it would be perhaps more ideal to have someone that’s friendly or fitting to the part. Literally gave me attitude when talking about balances on my account and I was simply asking for explanations which is 100% reasonable since I was charged at different time periods. I was only looking for clarification. For a group that promotes mental health in this doctors office, their customer service is seriously lacking.

From the front office, Jenny to Roxana, and even Happy, I was very pleased. Not only did they take time to listen about my mental health; they genuinely showed they cared. The staff went above and beyond to assure me I was comfortable in office and the provider's clearly showed they are available for support and helping me to be on the road to recovery! Highly recommend!!!

GA Psychiatry and Sleep has an extremely caring front desk staff . All members of facility have been patient and kind to help me with an unexpected and stressful medical problem. The health issue caused me to have extreme difficulty sleeping . I hope more research is put into handling this particular health issue within the medical health community. I am not sure who I would have had to resort to if not for the team at GA Psychiatry and Sleep . Many medical doctors I met with had no clue on treatment . Sleep deprivation from a health standpoint is scary and should not be automatically misread as depression . I appreciate all the time spent on me. As I am still on this journey, I will probably continue to reach out to this empathetic staff. Knowing they are a safe place to call or contact, helps me better handle my anxiety. Thanks GA P and S.

I would like to say only good things because I have been a patient here for years with no major issues, but recently had an issue with scheduling and getting a refill due to a staffs scheduling error. But all is good and the issue was resolved after some discussion of the issue. Dr Schroff is a no nonsense kind of guy but is a good doctor. I had a really good experience with my new provider Roxanne. She was very kind and listens and hears you and gives feedback. She also seems to be a good provider.

Miss Paige is the absolutely best person a this office. Her treatment and care is top notch she has taken care of all my needs and I will not see anybody but her while im under her care.

Mariam Warsame, NP is the first medical professional who listened to my condition and let me feel comfortable in explaining my situation. We brainstorm together a plan to help me. I really appreciate her, the team and the facility. Highly recommend reaching out to this facility. Plenty of parking. Easy to find. Lovely office. Plenty of appointment reminders.
