The therapists here are extremely hard-working, caring, and thorough in their massage technique. They are very well trained, conscientious, and knowledgeable. Every time I have been here I leave feeling like they have worked much harder than they have to. The hot stones are always included without extra charge. I have always received first class, professional service, and never left disappointed. This is the best place I know to get your money's worth for a real, legitimate massage.

This is a very clean and quiet spa. I arrived here with a deep lower back pain. When I left I was relieved of the pain. The two young ladies came up front and spoke in a soft voice. Spoke little English but understood exactly what was bothering my back. What a relief!. I still have no pain on my back 2 days later. I highly recommend this place for really good massages. I am impressed and thank you for the attention.

This place is not perfect but it deserves 5 starts because of the value for the price. I went for a couples massage ($130). The massage was very good, the masseuses are skilled and asked us a few times if we were comfortable or needed to adjust. The place felt clean and staff were professional and friendly. Their use of hot stones was one of the best I’ve experienced. They confirm reservation over text which I liked.
Things they need to improve are: (1) the massage beds don’t have good support for the face and it feels uncomfortable; (2) more aromatherapy to enhance the experience; (3) the lights in the room are too bright, add a dimmer for when people are getting dressed and want partial light; (4) music comes from a speaker outside the room, it would be better for each room to have its own speaker.

Came in for a couple's massage after a last minute cancellation from another place. They fit us in within 30 minutes. We had a great time! Andy was amazing!! Thank you again! We will be back soon!

Very disappointed with this place are reading all the good reviews.

I went in for my massage, started off fine, all of a sudden, they start speaking in there language. Then I hear a gentleman talking and he must have requested for the lady that was giving me a massage. Then the door opens and another lady walks in, she start speaking to the other lady in their language. And then the lady asked can they switch. I'm like no, and they did it anyway to please the guy outside.

The lady that came it was not as good as the 1st lady. It was very unprofessional for them to switch in the middle of my message. They should have told that guy to wait until she was done. I will never go back to them again.

How are you all doing? I hope all of you are well. First off, I do not appreciate that the owner had called my therapist in the middle of my session to tell her I would have to pay for my session right then at that moment, during my session. Mind you, that massage therapist, she claimed she is new there, stated I could pay for my session after my massage was done. I strongly recommend for that therapist to receive major training on when customers can pay before or after their massage there.

Secondly, I found this occurrence so unfortunate and unprofessional to me. I abruptly ended the massage session because of the owner telling the therapist that I had to pay at that moment, but I do thank the therapist for not charging me for that session. I believe that was justifiable because that therapist stated I could pay after the massage.

Finally, I hope this does not happen to the next customer who goes there because I do not plan on returning to this location. I hope the owner of H Spa reads my honest comment as well. May you all, whomever read this honest review, have a beautiful, blessed, joyful, and serene 2023. Mortal Kombat Kano approves this message.

I’ve been to this place twice, and both times I have left dissatisfied. To begin with safety is not priority to them. Both times my masseuse left the room several times to attend to the door; this last time, the masseuse left the door wide open, greeted a male customer, and walked him back to his room. Thankfully, his room was before mine, if not, he would’ve walked by and saw me lying on the table. To top things off, my appt was for a 90 minute regular massage… I got 60 min, but I didn’t care because I already felt uncomfortable. I will not be going back.

This is a no frills, walk in tense, get your massage, leave feeling relaxed kind of place. I had a wonderful experience and was attended to by Linda. She was very sweet and professional. I had a 60 minute Swedish massage. She started by massaging my back and legs over a sheet to warm up my muscles. She then proceeded to massage my entire body taking extra care in tense areas (upper back and neck). Linda added hot towels at the end to relax me further and took care to wipe off all the massage oil so that I wouldn’t leave oily (no other massage therapist has done this before, and I’ve been to many). Overall, I had an amazing massage, felt totally comfortable and left feeling entirely relaxed. I highly recommend H Spa - Rosenberg.
