Front desk staff extremely rude. Please replace them with someone who cares for their patients and is professional. This place needs people friendly front desk staff. If they're unhappy, find a job where you'll fit right in. This is definitely not a place for unfriendly front desk staff. You need someone who better understands and treats mental health patients nicer.

I've seen Wadsworth Murad multiple times. I've been on time multiple times. The one day I am 6 minutes late, "oh sorry we will need to reschedule you". So every time I've been waiting in the lobby and I get pulled in 5-7 minutes past my appointment is ok? You would think they'd have some 5-10 grace period after your appointment due to "life" or "traffic" happening. Sorry to say Murad, world doesn't revolve around you.

Terrible place to be seen, front desk staff are rude, unprofessional, and seem to have no respect or interest in patients. Unable to refill medications on time, which caused me to miss a few days worth of meds and was told a message could not be relayed to provider for medication refill. Provider is not sympathetic nor empathetic in any way. Overall a horrible establishment dealing with mental health patients. Would not recommend this place to anyone. When communicating via telephone or in person front desk staff are angered if you ask to speak to a manager. I've asked multiple times to speak with management in regards to issues with staff and never received a call back.

I logged into my video appointment 5 minutes ahead of time as directed and waited for over 30 minutes before calling the office. I was told that Dr. Murad was running late and to just wait. I was sent a new video link and joined that. After waiting another 25 minutes I got a mesaage that said to call the office and reschedule. They said Dr. Murad said to cancle and put me as a no show as he had been waiting even though I was in the meeting. I was told I could possibly be fined $50 for being a no show. The next appointment was a week out. I cancled my referral to this clinic and will go somewhere else. This is not the experience that I hope for when dealing with mental health issues.

My son was sick the day of his appointment, and they were able to provide a Telehealth video option so we did not have to cancel same day. Big thanks to CC for helping set that up and working with us!!

Ever want to feel like noone cares about you? This is the place to go. My primary suggested this place (which is making me second-guess my choice in my primary physician) and after quickly being thrown on hold and waiting 20 minutes.. I just gave up.

Mind you.. this is to schedule my first ever appointment, no way in hell would I waste my time and you shouldn't either.

Better experiences do exist when you need a bit of a mental health boost.. trust me.

The office charges me when they have no authorization. They can’t get me pills on time I’ve been without for a few days now. The dr p I heard like to put people as bipolar when there not. I don’t refer them at all. I’m leaving them soon to go to another dr and office.

Please start notifying people when you cancel your appointments or give them to someone else. Nice reception staff but it was really really hard to even try getting help and I ran into extra stress that was really hard to push through to rest things up.

The reason my appointment was cancelled was my own fault for not filling out paperwork on time. HOWEVER I still received a reminder message with a link for the tele-appointment and sat in there an hour before calling the office to ask why nobody showed up and found out then it was cancelled and why. It's understandable to need the paperwork done ahead of time and receptionists were really really nice but a lot of patients are already struggling with setting appointments or getting medical stuff sorted or remembering appointments or important tasks and that's why they're going and a reminder message for paperwork or a notification of cancelling or just taking us off the reminder for the appointment that no longer exists would have been really helpful (automated though don't make receptionists go through all that cx) but thank you for being kind and understanding and still working to get the next appointments set. And for the second appointment they also really did try to remind me on the phone all how important the paperwork is too, I just heard 40 instead of 48 hours so that is also on me cx but written reminders via the automated text system may be helpful to others too and allow staff not to have to focus on these things 🙂
