Everyone was very nice from the doctors to the front desk staff. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. Was able to schedule over text. The doctor was kind, and honest. She helped explain everything and answer my questions. There was a concern about a few things, and follow up appointments' were made to keep everything safe.

My intro vist with Dr. Toledo was very satisfying. He asked all the right questions and allowed me the time to get into details while I was talking to him. He was personable and engaged and I am very much looking forward to our future visits.

As a veteran myself it is good to know that he has experience which will apply to me through his previous work in the VA system.

Ms. Kutzera is very knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable. Having a mental health provider that you feel comfortable with is very important. I cannot express how much of a gem Sara has been to work with. She is compassionate, understanding, responsive, positive, and really focused on healing you from the inside out. The sessions never feel rushed and she truly makes you feel seen and heard. She works extremely hard to make sure that she is treating the symptoms you are experiencing now rather than just going off what others have labeled you with. On top of that she will check in with you frequently after medication changes to make sure you are doing okay. I highly recommend her to anyone that is working to find a psychiatrist that you aren't just a paycheck to. She is one of a kind that truly cares about your well being and is not just prescribing a bunch of different medications to "numb" the feelings. She encourages you to work through the hard times and will hold your hand every step of the way if that's what you need. She has been such a blessing in my life and I cannot speak highly enough about her.
