I have mixed feelings about this place so far. It obviously seems to be a good resource for people that need more immediate help. I arrived at 8:15, and that was clearly too late. If you come, I would maybe recommend arriving at 7:30 AM— make sure you are the first person in line! It is 11:45 now, and I still have not been seen (I was the 6th person to arrive). I also have been “skipped” by two patients that arrived after me. Bring a snack, and a book, and expect for it to be an all day affair! Two hour minimum? Probably more like a 4 hour minimum.

These guys deserve 0 stars. They shouldn’t even be operating. Worst service ever, not just in the medical field but EVER! The most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered. I will do anything in my power to alert customers how much these guys suck.

Worst place ever! We waited for 5hours with my 6yrs old son that just need an assessment. We are being mixed with an adult people who is talking and laughing by themselves. One seems under influence of alcohol. This is not a safe place for kids! We wasted our time waiting for nothing until we ended up leaving because it was already 11pm and my son has school the next day! Terrible!!! No plan to come back here!!

As some one else said wait time is very long, however the Dr's are good and helpful. if this is your first time be prepared to fill 20 pages of forms. They can also link you with professionals like therapists and Dr's. First experience with first episode with family member was on a Friday, this is the only place I could find with walk ins, no one called me back on monday, it was well worth it as I got some answers for my family member who was the patient. Given that you are not having a crisis.

I am disheartened by the lack of patient advocacy at IPAC. I was seen 3 times at IPAC with one being an initial diagnosis and treatment plan. This physician refused to fill out paperwork with date she saw me and what occurred for my FMLA. I was not asking for anything other than what is in my chart. The next one I saw changed a medication and again went over the plan for long term. This physician refused as well. Regarding both physicians I did not ask for anything other than what occurred and to fill the form out with the facts. I did finally see the one that would manage my medications long term but he could not fill out other prior appts on the FMLA but he did what he could. Then they never sent in the paperwork in at all which caused it to be denied due to lack of documentation from the physicians office.
While I feel that IPAC is a good concept, the physicians are not concerned about the patient once they leave the office.

Very helpful. I called them up last week asking about a psychiatrist that can prescribe anxiety meds, they said they'd get back to me, they got back to me less than a week later with a psychiatrist to give me an assessment, she interviewed me, prescribed meds and had them sent to the pharmacy in the same day. I called again today about getting a permanent psychiatrist (Because the one that prescribed the meds to me said I should do so because she can't be my permanent one), the lady put me on a hold, the music would play, she would pop in a few times to reassure me that they hadn't forgotten about me, and she set me up with a new appointment with a psychiatrist in less than 20 minutes. The psychiatrist that prescribed the meds said she would approve refills until my permanent psychiatrist can after I meet with them in October and is very quick to reply to prescription questions on MyChart. This was all done on the phone and virtually. Very happy with the service. - Zach Keller

The worst medical care we have ever received. Contradictory information about how effective medications are, forgetting information we had literally just provided, psychiatrists getting up and leaving the room with no explanation *during a conversation*, and making light of dramatic weight loss like it was a conscious choice or a fad diet and not the result of severe anxiety and depression. Every single person here should be completely ashamed of themselves.

They are horrible. The people at the front desk have no idea what they are doing. The billing department is a hot mess, except for Bertina. She is great. Very helpful and professional. Also, the only doctor that was helpful was a female doctor ... but I forget her name. You should definitely try another place. They don't take appointments, which wastes hours of your day. Ridiculous set up and ignorant people working there. Nobody knows what they are doing.
