I am a new patient and had a virtual appointment scheduled for today. I have been in the virtual waiting room for over an hour waiting for the provider. I completed new patient forms and confirmed my appointment twice, so I am not sure how the provider missed my appointment. I have tried messaging the provider and office staff, but have not heard anything. It is apparently too early for the office staff to answer the phone. This is honestly ridiculous. Is this how patients trying to seek help with mental health are treated? It was a huge step for me to seek help for mental health, and now the doctor and office staff are unable to be reached for my scheduled appointment. Ridiculous.

Professional and organized clinic. Modern and renovated spaces afford in-person and tele health options. Parking is super easy if you decide to show up in person. Alex is astute and empathetic. It is clear the practice runs a standard intake process. Highly recommend and advised.

My appointment was cancelled without notice. I wasted 3 hours of my work PTO and gas driving 30 minutes to the location and I even showed up early. I was really looking forward to therapy because it has been so hard to find any therapists who are available. The office door was open, but no one was there. I had to call customer service just to be told that my appointment didn't exist. I have text messages reminding me of the appointment, but no texts notifying of cancellation. You wasted my time and I now see why this company has so many low ratings. It's difficult enough for us patients put in any effort to even try to make an appointment. Thanks for nothing.

Doctor asked questions that were in line with the interview. We haven't gone down any rabbit holes yet. She wanted to know my issues and how we can get after them.

Trash. Dr. Dong out of the Vienna, VA office basically said I was a drug addict and only wanted the higher dose of my medication to get high. No. I wanted the higher dose because the lower dose didn't do anything. Then she preceeded to lower my dosage without my consent. (I was at 10mg and she lowered it to 5mg). Rude and unprofessional. Made assumptions without asking proper questions or thinking anything other than I was an addict looking for my fix. Horrible doctor.

Thanks Lifestance for making me scared to even see another doctor to try to get my mental health medication because of my experience here.
