Scheduling and portal were easy, but after waiting to get in, we met a counselor who told us our 4yo son should consider a partial hospital program and/or play therapy. (Play therapy was listed on his website profile but he said he didn't know why). He said he could take us, but it wouldn't be helpful because he was so busy and working on his master's so decreasing his time even further and availability would only be once every 2 weeks. We took him out of school and he never really even spoke to our son to do an evaluation of his own, he just went off his diagnosis. He told us he would reach out to colleagues he thought would be appropriate for us but didn't, when I called the office later a nice secretary told me apologetically that there was no one in their company that provides the recommended services and she didn't have any other advice.

Overall not too satisfied with the care provided. From start to finish there were hiccups. Currently going back & forth through the portal about a missed appointment fee that was wrongfully charged to my daughter's account, the provider changed the appointment to the day prior to what was scheduled at the last minute, and we successfully completed that visit, but I'm now being charged $195 for missing the original appointment. They should be clearly able to see that insurance was billed at 7/24 to corroborate my story. They should also clearly be able to see that my daughter is on Medicaid and they can't legally charge that no show fee in the first place. They placed the charge on her account AFTER I had already received her written report, so it really looks like they were hoping I wouldn't notice so they can sell it to collections. But you picked the wrong one. You call these places & get a call center in Florida (I'm in Rhode Island!). & My evaluator almost withheld my most important diagnosis because she failed to realize I've been in mental health treatment for years. With all the information provided by that point it was honestly unacceptable in my opinion. Way too big of a piece to miss.

Tried to get an appointment, they won't mail you anything, I wanted to go in with my daughter for an evaluation, they forced me to create a portal, I don't know how to do that. Told them I could come in or they can mail me the information... It's not in their policy. They wanted to do a very important task in my eyes over a computer... Going to look for a more face to face environment.

My son has seen Dr Tonya Latzman for almost two years. She’s a blessing in our lives. She is compassionate, genuine, thoughtful, caring and loves what she does. She has amazing bedside manners.
My son loves to see and spend time with her. He always is looking forward to speaking with her.
I highly recommend her as a child psychologist. She’s a wonderful person inside and out!

Life Stance was a wonderful experience for me. I worked with Dr. Kyla Kennedy for a neuropsych evaluation and she was always comforting, professional, and had wonderful communication. I felt empowered throughout the process and she always checked to see if she could answer any questions or clarify anything. I would highly recommend Dr. Kennedy and Life Stance Health!

Had a nice long talk with Michael Gershon. Unlike some other behavioral and medical providers, Dr. Gershon really understood my situation. Very practical, realistic thinker. His perspective helped me focus logically and temporarily push aside the trauma and anxiety that I'm feeling about my situation. Thank you.

Dr. Michael Gershon is a very wonderful person who really listen to his patience and goes out of his way to make sure they have the most current knowledge of whatever they are there for in therapy. I couldn't ask for a better psychologist to be going to for my own issues

Very diapointed was looking forward in getting my children in for services and after 30 days chasing appointments for consoling after my son had 3 hour evaluation. They tell me he has to be referred out wth. Why could you not tell me this 30 days ago. Not a follow up call what kind of business are they running. We should be told from the beginning they will refer out. Secondly took foster child in for intake he was not even seen they just talk to me then tell me I would get call by end of following week that never happened. SMH
