I recently visited Massage and Heal and had an incredible experience which I want to share with you.
From the moment I walked into the room, I felt a sense of calm. The atmosphere was serene, with soft relaxing music, soothing lighting and a clean, welcoming space.
I have never imagined that there was such a massage table on which you can get a massage, foot soak with scrub and hair treatment. The procedures itself were exceptional, I could feel the stress melting away and my body relaxes with each movement. Infrared light therapy for the face was unique and very soothing, my skin was glowing after the procedure and felt rejuvenated. My hair felt very soft after scalp massage and hair treatment. Overall I felt like I was at the beach on a warm summer day... Whether it was a scrub used during the foot soak, the oils for the massage, or the treatments for the hair and skin, every product exuded a luxurious essence that lingered pleasantly.
Beyond the physical relaxation, the healing aspect of the session stood out too. Edita used aromatherapy, gong sounds, gentle energy work. It truly felt like a holistic approach to wellness.
I felt feeling refreshed, balanced, and more in tune with my body.

You can tell Edita has many years of experience with massage therapy, she is intuitive about what your body needs, as well as developing a relationship with the client to work together on their needs. Very strong, and healing hands. You can tell she is passionate about her profession. After recent experiences getting massages at a chiropractor’s massage therapist, I can honestly say that the skills Edita has are miles above the chiropractor’s therapist. I would highly recommend her.

Edita delivers a professional and intuitive massage at a skill level you would normally only see at a 5 star resort and for way more money. As someone who has recurrent tendonitis and lumbar spine issues for 20+ years, I've spent countless hours and dollars in search of pain management. In all the therapists and chiros I've seen, both locally and while traveling, Edita is easily top 3 and makes a VERY strong argument for number 1.

There is no BS here, there are no games, there isn't even any pressure to schedule another appointment. Just top-tier legitimate therapy by someone clearly proving its an art. If you have pain, you should make an appointment with her. I'm glad I did, and will continue to do so. She honestly helps.
