Incredibly helpful doctor and staff!

I found this place after deciding my previous psychiatrist wasn't a good match for me and my mental health needs; I've had three appointments so far, and Nevada Psych Health has been a HUGE help! I feel more wonderful now than I have in ages thanks to Dr. Ofelia. Front staff Amanda and Lauren are super welcoming and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to better their mental health!

Dr.Ofelia and all her wonderful staff have become so dear to us! I had a major hiccup with billing and insurance and her and her entire team stayed on top of things making sure I was managing everyday meanwhile handling things with the insurance company going well above and beyond. This practice doesn’t rest unless their patience are doing well and I can’t thank them enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Practitioner Esguerra and her team (especially Loren) are AMAZING! They actually listens to your concerns and “issues”/problems you’ve been dealing with. I came from a psychiatrist that didn’t listen to any concern's, followed by incorrect diagnosis, to finally being myself again! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and her team to anyone looking for a caring psychiatric practitioner THAT ACTUALLY LISTENS!

Such a fantastic psych office. I would highly recommend to anybody struggling with anxiety. I’ve been scared to leave my house for months, and I definitely don’t like talking to people, but they made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They’re not pill pushers either which I absolutely loved, all of my other psychs have just pushed medications on me that they really had no idea what they were doing and it made my life worse, but Nevada psych is doing everything to improve my health and I will stick with them forever. I was recommended to Nevada Psych Help by a co-worker. Ofelia was able to diagnose me where others have failed. She was thorough and understanding. She refers to the struggles I have as conditions, not illnesses or problems. I appreciate that. Ofelia does not over medicate her patients and is there for you. I don't know how many times I've called the office when I needed to talk to Ofleia and they put me through w little or no wait time. The office staff is amazing as well. The ladies show as much care and concern as Ofelia and are always professional.
