Was being successfully treated for Panic Disorder by Dr.Carr, went from daily panic attacks to one in the time I've been seen. Dr.Carr is a responsible provider with impeccable bedside manner and a passion for what he does I recommend him a thousand times over.

Unfortunately mental health is a pay to win game as I am typing this review from a hospital after my daily medication was discontinued because of financial reasons. The providers here are top notch but the clinic itself does not care for your well being they care about your money and it is not cheap. They will put money ahead of your well being when push comes to shove your life is only worth what you pay them be forewarned if you don't pay up you'll end up worse than you started.

Dr. Portillo has been very helpful. He is practical and knowledgeable. We have experience with therapists and would highly recommend Dr. Portilla.

Dr. Portillo is exactly on time for all appointments. He sends all scripts electronically immediately during our appointment. He's responded SAME DAY to all phone calls for meds refill or questions 100% of the time. I'm 57 and been to many, many doctors over the years. Nobody even close to that. When you're sick and not feeling well these are huge items to me. Smartest doctor by far that I've seen. He truly understands the chemicals in most every drug we discuss and understands the complicated nature our body deals with these meds. Doesn't waste time with unneeded appointments which of course is huge money saver ... may simply give you a quick message. Great value for the money.

I can’t speak for the quality of care, but I feel that others in need/in crisis should be aware of the prices of these appointments before starting the process of getting established.

A 45 minute introductory appointment, which is not covered by any insurance, is $405. They say that they are accessible as they can give you a form to request a partial reimbursement from your insurance, but in this day and age how can they expect most people to have $400 to spare for one appointment? This is not accessible health care.

I have struggled with bipolar disorder I for over 31 years. Dr. Lyerly has worked diligently to get my medications adjusted so I can function as optimally as possible. He is very patient and extremely knowledgeable of the best treatments/medications. I highly recommend him to anyone with a mental illness is struggling to find a very competent and kind psychiatrist.
