I spent months trying to find the help I needed, so I was at my whits end walking in. Was greeted by Linda and all the front staff with friendly faces who answered any questions I had without rushing me through. I saw Rebecca for the first time who was very wonderful, she was respectful of any preferences I had, again didn't rush and talked to me as a person, not another number on a chart. Felt like we had a conversation, not a test. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot here!

I was given the name of this practice by my therapist and was hesitant after reading the reviews but thought I would give them a chance because they would respond to most of the reviews. You can’t call to schedule an appointment instead you have to chat a message and I put in the message that I was hoping to hear back close to 24 hours to let them know I read the reviews. I did receive a response from the office manager saying she was so pleased that I showed interest and to complete the paperwork so they could get back to me with an appointment that would be best for me. I wasn’t happy to see that the first thing they requested was my credit card information. There’s no need for that since I haven’t established as a patient yet. 2nd there’s no need to sign a contract which is essentially a pain contract that I’m very familiar with not for myself but for my patients that I have had sign for my providers. First you don’t even know what I am willing to take or what my personal history is and medication like SSRIs do not need a contract like this signed since it’s not a controlled substance. And since I mentioned I have a complex medical history which is why I requested a particular doctor so he could review everything with me to decide together what my options were. But since your office has no understanding of my rare medical conditions that requires certain medications my psychiatrist or any psychiatrist would not be at the top of any persons medical team, they would be part of the team. Any doctor who thinks he has the control over all the patients medication when the patient has conditions that the psychiatrist has no clue what those conditions are and wants to control their medication for that condition is not a doctor that has the patient’s best interest in mind but rather wants to be king of the hill. The first is to do no harm. But making decisions about medication about conditions you have no clue what it even is and have no desire to work with other doctors is doing harm and serious harm by taking away medications.
Second you mention you want to be a concierge practice. Well I have a unique position of not only having had a concierge doctor as my primary care doctor before moving but I worked for a concierge practice for internal medicine. The fact that I completed this form to get a response to get an appointment was a month ago IS NOT concierge service. This is not something my personal concierge doctor would ever have done nor would I ever have expected it and the concierge practice I worked for we never would have done this. I personally would never have blown off my patients or prospective patients like you did. Even when not working for concierge practices I still never treated patients or prospective patients like this. Don’t put on your website that you want to be like a concierge practice when you definitely are not and failed at it before you even started. Waiting almost a month and
never a word from your office but got the confirmation that you got my paperwork and someone would be in contact with me.
I have read all the reviews like I said earlier. You have many concerning reviews. Having a medical background the ones that speak to the lack of follow up from referrals from the doctor and the doctor you have the rage quitting that’s concerning and you don’t address those. Rage quitting and as the reviewer mentioned is abandonment of patients which is huge without that required notice and without giving explanation and for someone who understands what the inside looks like in healthcare and the rules is concerning. The fact that you make patients sign what is basically a pain contract makes me wonder if this is basically a ketamine clinic and that’s what patients are pushed towards because you can’t bill insurance because it’s not FDA approved and you can then charge patients whatever you want. But what I really don’t like is the fact that you force people to provide credit card information. If I have fraudulent charges ever I will file a police report and name your clinic as suspects.

I’ve reached my limit with the lack of communication from this office. Refilling prescriptions has consistently been a frustrating experience, and the disregard for patient concerns is unacceptable. It’s incredibly unprofessional to make patients jump through hoops just to receive essential medications. Unfortunately, it seems the only way to get a response is by leaving this review.

The office staff are the super stars of this place. But they need to space out their appointments more (the doctors). They just try to get as much $ as possible during the day, making every single appointment 25 mins late, then they say well we have 30 mins.

As others have said, the lack of communication from this office is disappointing. My husband received a referral to this office from his general practitioner and has not been able to get in touch with anyone following initial contact and acknowledgement of the referral. We completed the online intake form twice (August 9th and September 29th), emailed a member of the team without a response, left a voicemail for the operator regarding scheduling and a request for a call back and still have not received a response from anyone. This is very disappointing when you have a loved one who is struggling with their mental health and you can’t get a timely response or one at all.

This used to be a great place to go however I have been trying to call this office to schedule a follow up for 3 weeks now and no one has returned one phone call. I have also left a message through their texting app and portal with no response...I finally got in touch with the roswell office and they cannot see a returning patient until almost 2 months down the road. This is extremely unethical to not be calling your patients back..

I am a healthcare provider who has been referring patients to this office for the last 3 months only for none of the patients to be scheduled/seen. Today I called the office to find out what is the process on their end once I send them the referral, they basically explained to me that there is no referral process. That it's not their responsibility to reach out to the patient, but for the patient to reach out to them. Let's keep in mind that before I sent my very first referral, I personally called this office and got the necessary information as to how to send a referral. I had a moderate risk suicidal patient that i sent an URGENT referral on, to even imagine that they ( A PSYCH PRACTICE) possibly read the referral and then tossed it instead of reaching out to the patient or to my office IS TREACHOROUS. So much for patient care. Healthcare is sinking, meanwhile suicidality is increasing.
