Upon making making my appointment all the way to the intake and Dr's check- up. I felt cared for and listened to with attentiveness. DR (PA) Nguyen. Is amazing. Concise, prepared and empathetic. I can appreciate how wonderful it is now to speak confidently to someone who actually listens. Thank you Dr NGUYEN ?

I have nothing but positive things to say about Melinda Zamora PMHNP. Very kind and supportive provider. I have had four different providers and she has by far been my most supportive, helpful, and attentive.

The location is a little cramped being right next to the 410 West Frontage Rd, and the signage on the front of the building is difficult to see from the frontage road.

My first visit took at least two hours. I did not see the psychiatrist until an hour and 20 minutes or so after my scheduled appointment. Spent 15 minutes with her then required to take drug test. Had to pay $50 for the instant results. Once the test comes back clean the dr. sends your prescription to the pharmacy. I left expecting prescriptions to be called in. Seven days later still no prescriptions. I called multiple times to the doctors office and was told they were getting to it. Oh this happened or that happened. Finally prescription is sent. My pharmacy is out of the prescription. I called back to the physicians office. I’m told it will cost me $25 to have a prescription sent to a different pharmacy. So I called around to see who has the prescription in stock pay the extra fee to get the prescription. Also, you have an option to do an instant urine drug test while there for $50 or go to another place to have a urine drug test done that files with your insurance and it can take two weeks to get the test results back. This is a scam! Huge scam! Second visit for follow up and refill. I have new insurance cannot update it on the website no options for that. I got here 10 minutes before my appointment to give them all the information, the card, etc. They send it to a third-party place to verify insurance. I am told that if it takes too long for them to get the verification back, I will have to reschedule. My appointment was at 3:15. I got here at 3:07 at 4 o’clock. I was told the doctor will not see me because it has taken too long for the insurance verification . Took my instant urine drug test for $50 while here.. The bathroom reflects the service …

If I could give this place and Dr.Zamora 0 stars, that’s where they’d be.
I’ve been going for well over a year and the last few months, I’ve had to call over and over to get prescriptions filled. Every. Thirty. Days.
What’s even better is having Dr.Zamora decline to send medication over stating she never prescribed them to me…..I’ve been on these meds for a year. ? But all of a sudden you didn’t prescribe them to me? The office workers are no better. So rude, in person and over the phone. I was told an urgent message was sent yesterday (10/21) but just found out (10/22) Isabel never sent the message. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a doctors office like this.

Only gave it two stars because their psychiatrists there are fantastic. Front desk is rude to the point that they look down their nose at you and say what do you want and it they are right you are wrong no matter what. Billing office is a joke. I have had numerous problems with the billing office charging for appointments. This new check-in system of theirs was sprung upon us and doesn't give us the opportunity to see what we're being billed for before we can check in. When you look at a substantial Bill and you're going what is this for? And oh I can't even check in until I pay this bill up front is ridiculous. Their documentation specifically says that if you have a bill past due they will notify you continuously. Have never received a bill from their office email or post, I just find out every time I check in for an appointment. It's a shame because the doctors there are so fantastic but the fact that there's constant paperwork being dropped, whether it's referral, being billed correctly after your visit, or being charged the correct copay for your appointment, is a nightmare.

Dr. Zamora is amazing. She is easy to talk to and it’s a very relaxed environment. She talks to you and she has been very supportive about the things that are going on in your life. I took a test for ADHD and she prescribed me some medication for it and before that I took a drug test which is posted at check in desk and it’s the law. The whole staff was really helpful. I have been going to her for over a year and I will definitely keep going to her.

Ms. Monalisa was so wonder. She was empathetic and compassionate. She took the time to get to know me and my medication preferences. I've been to many psychiatrist who simply pushed medications rather then talking with me. I am very very happy with my visit.

Ms.Monalisa was so comforting which was awesome for my first visit with her. I’m always very nervous when I have a new psychiatrist. She was so caring and made me comfortable. I will be more comfortable the next time I see her. She genuinely cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is uneasy about starting psychiatric care. I would have given her a higher score if it were available.
