My experience with Psymplicity has been exceptional. The clinician demonstrated remarkable expertise and created a safe, supportive environment where I felt at ease sharing my concerns. Their attentive and empathetic approach made me feel genuinely heard and understood, which was incredibly comforting. This level of compassion helped identify the core issues, allowing us to discuss effective strategies for managing them. The administrative team was equally efficient and responsive, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free process from start to finish. I came to Psymplicity because my son needs serious help and the NHS CAMHS refused to even see him, even after some serious A&E visits. I reached out to over a dozen places to try to get help for my son and Psymplicity accepted him as a patient and went through and in depth assessment. The doctor was clearly knowledgeable but also empathetic. We are now working with her to get help we so desperately need. It is expensive and no parent should be forced to pay for mental health care BUT that said I'm am beyond grateful for the care we've gotten so far.

This company have been shocking in every aspect of my care. I stupidly recommended this company when I first used them and my friend had the exact same experience. In fact his doctor who carried out his assessment had to be let go because he was drinking a glass of wine on the zoom call whilst carrying out the assessment.
My initial assessment was carried out by a doctor who I had to lodge a formal complaint against, and it was upheld.
In the summer I had to contact the clinic due to significant changes in my mental health after starting a new medication with them. It took weeks for my doctor to get back to me. Even the admin team at this point couldn’t apologise enough for his delay, with no understanding as to why he wasn’t getting back to me.
From start to finish, I’ve had nothing but problems. Their care and practice is NOT ethical in any way shape or form. They are happy to take your money with complete disregard for treating you like a human being. I would never recommend this clinic and I regret using them.
To add, I do remember having one doctor (Dr Tiangga) who spoke to me and treated me with care and understanding, unsurprisingly she left years ago, probably in order not to be associated with the appalling practice from this clinic.

My ADHD care in the UK was just shockingly incompetent. I finally just flew to the states and got put on the right path. I called my GP here about 5-6 times to see if a doctors note from America about my treatment would be OK. (I was diagnosed privately in the UK...keep that in mind). Every time my GP office said a note should do. Well they lied. They cannot use the treatment path my provider in America sent me to Europe with because he was American. I was LIVID because they said it was fine! If they had said no, I could have made plans months ago.

I've been calling places for days. No one has gave me hope. Finally after speaking with Barry at this place, he agreed that I don't need to be re diagnosed but an hour assessment is necessary and they will work with me until they feel like I'm on the right meds and simply send it to my GP and pharmacy. All this over zoom as well. They just asked for proof of original diagnosis, (which I have) and even said that they will look at my American providers notes so they don't have to start from square one (Elvanse is not good for me and Ritalin just doesn't keep my mind grounded they way it should.) They even let me set the appointment to whenever I want.

It's not cheap..for the one hour assessment to get to know me and medication stuffs it's £400. And until they find a permanent treatment for me (the right med combination) I'll be paying for that privately too but once that's settled, they will send it to my GP and pharmacy and I won't have to pay private anymore for the right stuff. I will have all the proof they need and them some of what I need and why these are the first people who have given me hope that "yes, we will get you on the right medication so you can be a functioning human"

Expensive, but worth it. Thank you, Barry. You made it clear that you care that I was terrified I was regressing. You are one of the few good people left in this world. Thanks for giving me hope that I don't have to resign myself to being an ADHD mess and can be a normal happy functioning person that everyone takes for granted.

If my appointment goes as well as I hope, I'll come back here to make that clear.

The only thing I'll say is that I shouldn't have to pay hundreds of quid just to avoid a 3 year waitlist when all I need is to get the proper medication. I'm paying it because it's worth it but come on, UK. Seriously.

We have had an ongoing issue with a wrong diagnosis issued a while back. However, Psymplicity has now offered a new appointment with another doctor free of charge to fix this issue. The appointment took place and the doctor was lovely and very informative. He had a good contact with my child and made her feel at ease, so she found it comfortable talking to him and found him funny and friendly.
Finally, we are reaching a positive outcome for her 🙂

Administration/receptionist Barry was so wonderfully helpful, especially considering my mother suffers with deafness and I have to repeat all information to her; despite that, Barry was incredibly helpful and patient and was extremely diligent in making sure all information was correct and was more than happy to accommodate to our particular situation and what we needed help for. I am incredibly grateful and very happy to recommend the helpful administration here!

This company will make your mental health worse they also publish your details of assessments online Google for the world to see after issuing a court claim for breach of data protection they edited things denying the previous breach it’s lucky I have before and after pics of my personal details on Google for the world to see.Your always on hold or waiting. I had meeting with psychiatrist and was waiting answers and Dr went on holiday.

I should have gone through the reviews. This company can make you situation worse. So many regrets. I wasted money and my mental health suffered more or got worse. I was prescribed the wrong drugs that got me even sick instead of making me sleep. I reached out to them the reception said I might need to pay more to get another prescription. Just sad.
