I don’t understand how anyone could ever say anything negative about this establish. I’ve been going to Refresh 2-3 a month for a couple of years now and it’s the only place I’ll ever go. Sarah is such a wonderful person as well as the rest of the staff. I’ve always had superb massages, no matter who did it.

Had a one hour massage where the woman was climbing all over my body. I had an allergic reaction to all the facial creams and equipment the other lady did on me. I do not recommend this spa. I paid over $130 and I feel like I paid someone to beat me up. I am so sore I can barely move. Sarah and Helen are the two ladies that did my service.

Please don't go here save yourself from extensive pain.
Worst massage I have ever had. Some sort of disposable netting over bed so they didn't have to clean sheets after every use. The girl was so rough and applied so much pressure my body is in extreme pain immediately after the massage and the day after. I told her she was doing it to hard but she just continued. At one point she even belched real loud. I go for massages quite often but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I normally check reviews before going and I didn't. Lesson learned.

This place fit me in within 2 hours for a facial and they put in work!! Such a hydrating facial from Sarah. Very nice after a stressful day of work. Will be back

Excellent massage and staff. Best massage I’ve ever had. The masseuse here are super strong and will give a great massage. 30 minute massage here is much better than the 1 hour deep tissue massage I had at a Spavia. Don’t bother going anywhere else for a massage in Roanoke

Whenever I go to get massages, I make sure to get a lymphatic massage—it helps “drain” your body and clear toxins. I go when I feel bloated and am carrying a ton of water, gas, and stress. With that being said, Sarah delivered perhaps the best lymphatic massage of my life.

Her hand is a bit heavy (she’s strong af) —she focused on the stress spots on my back and neck while also draining my body! I was swallowing the lymph fluid constantly. She did an oil massage after a dry touch massage & added hot stones.

I walked out feeling like a new person like full of joy and relief. Some parlors just beat the ever living s out of you but this one is quality if you know what to ask for. I will be returning!

Lisa was really wonderful! I had my first massage here today and will definitely be going back. I booked my appointment online and noted that I wanted hot stones (which are free!?). Lisa asked if the pressure was ok and was able to notice and give a little extra attention to my chronically tense areas without me even pointing them out! I appreciate the intuitive touch and communication. The prices are very reasonable and I will be booking a longer appointment next time!

I went in for a birthday massage. The guy who did it was way too rough, I was in severe pain. I told him several times that I was hurting and the language barrier was a problem. A couple of times I felt like he touched me inappropriately and had his hand resting on my butt? Not sure if that is something they do? But overall not a good experience. Do not recommend it.
