You can call and call and leave voicemails and never receive a call back or an answer. I haven’t had an appointment since March and randomly got a bill for like 300 dollars six months later. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.

I called and left a voicemail asking for help in February. Never heard back. Called again this week, spoke with Kyle who said I was 'in the system' and their records showed 'someone called me back.' (Untrue). The receptionist who I spoke with today was very rude, unhelpful, did not listen to a word I said and spoke over me the entire time. Aren't you supposed to be in the business of HELPING AND LISTENING TO PEOPLE? The patients who are calling are in need of someone to listen to!

Insanely overpriced and they will completely screw you on your bills! I wasn't charged for over a month and now am being backcharged for all of my services. I was not aware of the absurd pricing (they charge insurance $515 for only a 60 minute talk therapy session which is 5x the state average for therapy WITHOUT insurance so after insurance I still owe $200 per session) until I had over a month of appointments already done. This pricing is NOWHERE on their website nor do they offer that information when you begin your sessions. I called to ask questions about it and was first hung up on by the representative because I told her she wasn't answering my questions. Absolutely VILE to charge this way for mental health services. An absolutely horrid group.

After 2 months of trying to get an appointment I have totally given up. I did have one appointment set up, but had to cancel it because I was in the hospital, but prior to that and since then, it's impossible to contact anyone. When you call the main number you NEVER get a live person. You leave your name & number and if someone does get back to you, it's only to tell you that they will get back to you again, and then they never do. Imagine these people trying to help you. Their website looks like a top flight operation, very impressive, but the way they operate is disgraceful. You can't email them, you can't speak with a live person, it's almost impossible to talk with anyone. I've given up.

I am switching Psychiatrists. The secretary has no idea how to answer the phone when I call and we are constantly playing phone tag. Their job is literally to answer phones but doesn’t even do that. I’m tired of the phone tag. There’s a new portal now, but I had no idea I had consents to sign because they didn’t tell me. Therefore, my appointment was apparently considered missed, which it wasn’t because I was on the telehealth before my psychiatrist told me I had to complete them (it would have been helpful to know that prior to the appointment). With the new portal, you can’t even schedule appointments as it still has to be done on the phone which is so stupid. She also makes me turn my camera on during our appointments which is not accommodating at all. Basically, to sum it up, the communication at Springfield psychological is terrible and I would not recommend this place if you are not a fan of phone tag.

I have been going here for about 7-8 years now and I love my psychiatrist that I see, but I am very disappointed with how down hill the customer service has gotten. Every time I call, even during business hours, no one picks up the phone. When I do get in contact with the receptionist, it sounds like she does not want to be bothered with the issue that I am having or with the help that I need. I am currently in school and had to reschedule an appointment due to conflict with time and class, when I called to reschedule my appointment I was questioned about it and was given the tone as to not wanting to be bothered with helping me reschedule. I am also recently was having an issue with a prescription and was told the issue was solved, when in fact it was not. Again, not wanting to be bothered with helping solve the issue. This has become very unfair, as I have been a loyal patient for all of these years and this is how I am treated. I have had to contact my doctor directly numerous times because who ever is answering the phone does not want to be bothered with helping those who need help or who are having issues with different things. I also find it kind of rude that when I do speak to someone, as soon as the conversation ends they are very quick to just hang up the phone, again giving me the idea as to not wanting to be bothered helping me. People who go to this office are dealing with various mental illnesses and deal with various medications, so those of us who are calling could really use someone who willing to help us and WANT to help us.

I was dropped from this practice (a patient of 3 years) when I called to make an appointment and get my meds refilled. The medical secretary said “the state is always changing the rules, and they won’t let us receive cash payment from a patient with Medicaid insurance, ok?” Then she hung up on me. I called back believing that we had possibly been disconnected, but she assured me that it was not an accident, and that she could not and would not help me. She basically vomited out the word “Medicaid.” Real classy.
