I found Rena several years ago and she's an absolutely wonderful and a great message therapist. She has helped me with pain management when i needed it the most. Rena is amazing. She has helped me with so many issues that are personal to my health. I've always struggled with my weight, and I was convinced weight loss was impossible. Rena has managed to help me lose weight And inches and feel healthy. I have back issues and many other age related aches and pains that she with her vast knowledge has miraculously been able to take away. Just as a for instance. For a few years, both my Knees have caused me constant severe pain, and now because of Rena and her knowledge, tools and abilities, I can say that my Knee pain is non-existent and thoughts of Knee Replacements are replaced with pain free bliss. If you are in pain you need to see Rena at Step by Step. I am 54 and was injured as a child. I have struggled with neck, back and hip pain most of my life. I have seen many many therapists during the years and no one comes close to Rena’s talent. I am seeing results with her that took years with other therapists. Since I have problems with my neck the first time I saw Rena she spent most of the massage working on it. That was about 15 years ago and I have had a standing appointment with her ever since.

As with that first session, Rena starts each session asking you what's going on with pain, etc. But I think she could find the problem without asking because muscles seem to talk to her. She knows what's going on with your muscles and makes sure the problem is worked out before she lets you off her table.
Rena considers all your health needs. When I started having problems with allergies she went to a lot of trouble to find an oil that would not give me problems yet allow her to do her best work.
