My friend and I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Hyatt Lodge in Oakbrook. We both got spa pedicures. They were complimentary due to a previous scheduling error. Tanya, the manager at Windy City Massage went out of her way to make sure our issue was addressed. She even scheduled an upgraded service, a jelly pedi, to compensate for their error. The nail technician, Emmy was fabulous. Fun, engaging and very thorough. The jelly & tea was a great touch. We both really appreciated the personalized service. We definitely will be back. If you want a great pedicure, ask for Emmy....better yet, try out her new certification as a massage therapist. We will! Highly recommend. Thank you! Linda & Ann.

Atmosphere was basic. Presentation was lacking. No teas or flavored water. Massage itself was good. Relaxing. Therapists were cordial/friendly. Expected a lot more for the price.

I recently stayed at the London House Hotel and had the pleasure of visiting the Windy City Massage spa while I was there. The atmosphere was calming and everyone was so kind. I had a massage with Angie and she did a wonderful job! She made sure to attend to my certain preferences as far as focus areas during the massage, temperature preferences, and pressure preferences. I would highly recommend going to see them next time you are in Chicago!

I used Windy City Massage the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook. The massage therapist did a fantastic. The felicities at the Hyatt need some work and support. There were no tiles in the women's locker room, no locks on the locker doors, or basic amenities like lotion. It's not the massage therapist fault, the experience could have been better if the facility were better.

Daniella was amazing! Her massage was so relaxing even when she was working on knots in my back. She was a great communicator as well in regards to asking if the pressure was too much or too little. I would highly recommend her!

This place is a hidden gem. My partner and I booked full body massages. I had Agnes who is amazing and understands the body!! He had Daniella and expressed a great satisfaction with her service as well. The facilities were clean and refreshing. We will be returning.
